Wat ga je doen?
As a Senior Quality Control Analyst, you will safeguard the integrity of the bank’s mission by reviewing and assessing the quality of all CDD files, including onboarding, periodic reviews, event-driven reviews, and offboarding. You ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures, and external regulatory standards, while supporting the bank’s goal of sustainable, responsible investing. You report on the status of CDD files, provide structured feedback and guidance to analysts, and identify areas for process improvement to the Head of KYC & Financial Crime. You will also follow up on senior management sign-offs, liaise with clients and stakeholders where needed, and analyze documentation, activity patterns, and transactions to identify inconsistencies or suspicious activity, escalating them where necessary.

Wat wij vragen:
- A relevant bachelor’s or master’s degree (e.g. Law, Business Economics, Business Administration, or Finance)
- 8–10 years of experience in the banking or investment management sector in a similar position
- Proven experience as Quality Control Analyst for CDD and Financial Crime files
- Strong knowledge of relevant financial sector laws and regulations
- Experience analyzing complex international structures and assessing risks in a global context
- Experience working in project-based settings and closely collaborating with stakeholders
- Fluency in English (both written and spoken); knowledge of Spanish, French, or Russian is a plus
