Account Executive - Mobility Solutions

Kayak is thrilled to offer an exciting opportunity with a fast-growing, global leader in the mobility tech sector. We are seeking an experienced Mid-Market Account Executive based in Amsterdam to help expand B2B mobility solutions across Northern & Eastern Europe. In this role, you’ll focus on developing strategic partnerships within the Mid-Market segment (companies with 100-5000 employees). This is an ideal position for those passionate about driving growth in an innovative, rapidly evolving industry.

Over deze functie

Key Responsibilities
  • Prospect and Strategize: Identify and target new Mid-Market accounts, building relationships and engaging with organizations at all levels.
  • Drive Partnerships: Present and position our client’s B2B mobility platform, services, and solutions as a strategic advantage for prospective clients.
  • Sales Strategy & Execution: Design a go-to-market strategy, actively pursue leads, and close deals effectively.
  • Client Implementation: Lead the onboarding process, ensuring a seamless and successful launch with high engagement.
  • Cross-Selling & Needs Analysis: Conduct needs analyses to identify further business opportunities within accounts.
  • Objection Handling: Navigate potential objections, clear obstacles, and secure commitments from prospects.
  • Relationship Building: Maintain strong client relationships to support retention and business expansion.
  • Feature Rollouts: Work with customers on new product pilots, gathering feedback and assisting in launches.
  • Documentation & Reporting: Contribute to team knowledge with playbooks, performance tracking, and best practice sharing.

Jouw profiel

Basic Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in B2B sales, technology sales, or business development.
  • Proficient in English and French.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Detail-oriented, adaptable team player with a passion for growth and business-building.
  • Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment and seizes opportunities proactively.
  • Strong prioritization skills for managing activities and maintaining timely follow-through.
  • Effective negotiator focused on retaining value.
  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM tools.
