Operations Coordinator

About the role

Kayak Recruitment agency is excited to present an opportunity with a leading mobility company seeking a local Operations Coordinator. This role is based in Amsterdam and will be part of the Netherlands operations team within Rides. You will autonomously drive cross-functional initiatives to improve the driver engagement, drive electrification, and support rider growth across the Netherlands. You will be responsible for project management and execution of various initiatives; such as designing and running external engagement initiatives with our driver base, listening carefully to feedback and following through internally to drive improvements, as well as mobilizing key external rider growth partnerships. 

This is an individual contributor role where you'll use sound business judgment, operational knowledge and a customer obsessed mindset to deliver to navigate an array of initiatives to drive growth and improvements for the Netherlands business.

Basic Qualifications: 

• Demonstrated experience (2-3 years) 
• Strong communication and organization skills required
• Proficiency in both Dutch and English is required

Preferred Qualifications:

• Sound business judgment - Having a very strong ability to objectively assess situations or circumstances using the relevant information and data points in order to drive to conclusions. You are a critical thinker and enjoy problem-solving;
• Project management and ability to execute quickly - Plan and project manage multiple projects, having the ability to execute promptly, pivoting where necessary, with an eye for continuous process improvement;
• Adaptability and autonomy - you are adept at balancing priorities and projects in a continuously moving environment; 
• Forward thinking - we need someone sharp and eager to help us scale and optimize our current processes;
• Open, curious and eager to learn - you are interested in all things and can build up skills and knowledge fast. 

Strong communication and organization skills - Advanced written and verbal communication skills, comfortable communicating complex messages in a professional and empathetic manner.
