Traineeship Integraal Capaciteitsmanagement

Met de dubbele vergrijzing op komst staat de zorgsector voor een enorme uitdaging: meer zorg leveren met minder mensen. Dagelijks verspillen we schaarse en waardevolle capaciteit in de zorg – maar dit kan anders. Verandering is onvermijdelijk en slimmer omgaan met de beschikbare capaciteit is cruciaal. Hier komt Integraal Capaciteitsmanagement (ICM) in beeld: een aanpak waarbij capaciteit binnen de zorg optimaal worden ingezet om de vraag en het aanbod beter op elkaar af te stemmen. Dit helpt verspilling te verminderen en zorgt ervoor dat zorgverleners hun kostbare tijd effectiever kunnen besteden. De komende 15 jaar zal dit een topprioriteit zijn voor elke zorgorganisatie. Deze transitie vraagt om jonge, analytische professionals met veranderkracht. In ons traineeship ICM ontwikkel jij de vaardigheden om een leidende rol te spelen in deze transformatie.
