About this role
As part of this exciting opportunity, you will investigate flagged transactions in the Anti Money Laundering team. It is crucial to maintain a deep understanding of our clients' activities and ensure compliance with relevant rules and regulations. You will handle substantial workloads which can be complex, so we are seeking individuals with an academic background, exceptional communication skills, and sharp critical thinking abilities.
Your main responsibilities will revolve around investigating payments, analyzing available information, and assisting with the investigation of suspicious behavior using various databases and systems. This role operates in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, where you will also handle ad-hoc requests. Being proficient with the company's technology and systems is essential, particularly as a newcomer, as it will accelerate your learning curve and adaptability.
Your profile
- Masters degree;
- 0-2 years of experience (internships or entry-level jobs in the field of KYC/AML);
- strong interest in AML and the financial industry;
- fluent in English; knowledge of an additional language is advantageous;
- feel comfortable being challenged and taken out of your comfort zone;
- possess time management and organizational skills in order to manage workload and ensure established deadlines are met;
- willing to work on-site (at the start full-time, after a few months there's the possibility to work hybrid);
- available for a full-time position (40 hours per week).
