Why we started Kayak Care
Kayak Care started from one belief: that we could contribute to healthcare. Five years ago we began with a single traineeship in capacity management. Today we guide talent into challenging roles at healthcare organisations across the Netherlands. Not the care staff themselves, but the people behind the scenes who keep everything running.
