Hi, I am coach Veerle

Are you interested in a coaching session or do you want more information on the Live your potential program? The colleagues at Kayak will be happy to tell you more about it.

About Veerle Dietz

Veerle (psychologist and coach) lives in the Jordaan in Amsterdam, though her roots are in Breda – not that you’ll hear a Brabant accent. She has a background in social psychology, complemented by a coaching certification.

After years in the corporate world, she decided to follow her heart and do what truly energizes her: coaching Young Professionals. Her approach lies at the intersection of coaching and therapy. Not deep trauma work, but a clear perspective on your past to understand where your patterns come from – so you can break through them. From there, the focus shifts to the future: how can you make conscious choices and truly take charge of your life?

My Vision on Growth and Happiness

One of the most important lessons I’ve learned is that true happiness starts with taking ownership of your life. We often live on autopilot, guided by the expectations of parents, friends, and society. It takes courage to break free and choose your own path – but when you do, it gives you so much in return. I’ve experienced firsthand how much strength and joy it brings when you truly get to know yourself, dare to make choices, and fully embrace who you are. And I’d love to support you on that journey.

We Asked Veerle About Her Coaching Style

  1. Why do you do what you do?
"I help you truly get to know yourself, make choices that align with who you are, and dare to be fully yourself. My biggest motivation is to contribute to your authenticity and happiness."

  2. What do you find important in your work?
A deep connection, trust, openness, and honesty are essential to reach insights that genuinely help you move forward.

  3. How would you describe your coaching style?

Warm & Welcoming - A safe and trusted environment is the foundation for real growth. I listen without judgment, accept you as you are, and create a warm, open atmosphere where you feel at ease.

Insightful - "I ask sharp questions and challenge you to get to the core. Together, we uncover deeper layers and find insights that shift your perspective."

Down-to-Earth - My approach is grounded, practical, and results-oriented. I combine structure and focus with enough flexibility to meet your needs. That way, we create a journey that truly makes an impact.

  4. The Best Career Advice I Ever Received?

"You only know if something is right for you once you try it." We can analyze and overthink endlessly, but sometimes the only way to find out… is to just begin. And if it’s not your thing? You simply try something new. No harm done."

  5. When Is a Coaching Journey Successful?

When you feel more connected to yourself, live more authentically, and take charge of your own happiness.
